[edit] Parking Hints

Drop off passengers in front of INSCAPE. Note that spaces behind our building are paid private spots only. Spots are available from Sam (the proprietor of the building) for $75/month. Your best bet is the Uwajimaya paid parking lot, entrance on 6th Ave S. If shopping in Uwajimaya, purchase $10 for 1 hour free parking (must have your ticket stamped by their cashiers.)

Look for metered street parking on 6th Ave and on South Charles. There is free 2-hour parking along 6th ave.

Parking meter machines accept coins and cards, but not bills. The City is fairly aggressive in ticketing when your meter expires. Street parking is free on Sundays, holidays, and between the hours of 6pm and 8am. Many areas are restricted overnight parking (between 6pm and 8am) to zone permits only.

There are several pay-to-park lots and a parking garage in the area that have varying availability and pricing structures. The one at South Charles and Maynard...

[edit] Internet

Internet access is currently provided by the building. In the Jigsaw space, the best connection is from the wireless router 'Inscape 1st floor'. The password is posted on a sign on the desk space door.

Because the building provides Internet access instead of Jigsaw providing it directly, there is an additional fee to use Internet access of $1/day or $15/month. This is billed via the honor system, so please be honorable about it and drop a buck (or fifteen) into the donations bin. If paying for a whole month, use an envelope and write 'Internet' with your name. Alternately, add your $15 onto your dues when you pay them.
