• Revisit Membership Agreement (will be done when board votes on it being a closed matter)
• Determine focus and produce simple Mission Statement (will be done when it can be stated in an elevator pitch)
• Sort finances (books and projections straight)
• Membership sorted (new structure approved or dropped)
• Membership software (live and interactive. Can always be improved upon, but no longer a "board objective," per se)
• New class structure
